The Story Behind Ask A Therapist

From Our Therapists’ Desk

Ask A Therapist was born from a simple realization — every time I told someone I was a psychologist, they had a question about their mental health. I wanted to create a space where those questions are welcomed, not silenced; where people can talk openly, feel accepted, and find the support they deserve in their emotional journeys.

My vision is to build emotionally safe spaces for every age group, recognizing that mental health doesn’t just affect one person — it shapes entire communities. Guided by intention, empathy, and a strong belief in community-based healing, my work bridges personal growth with collective well-being.
