Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. We strive to provide flexible options for scheduling and rescheduling appointments to accommodate your needs while ensuring the efficient operation of our practice. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Notice: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice in the event they need to cancel or reschedule their therapy session. This advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notification will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the session cost.
How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp at 8376882696. If your call is not answered, please leave a WhatsApp message including your name, appointment date, and contact information.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to unavoidable cancellations. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We strive to be understanding and accommodating whenever possible.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for Canceled Sessions: Clients who cancel their session with the required 24-hour notice will receive a full refund of any fees paid in advance for that session.
Refunds for Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Clients who cancel their session with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund. The cancellation fee, equivalent to the cost of the session, will be retained by the therapist.
Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Policy Review and Updates:
This cancellation and refund policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or modified as needed. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in advance to ensure transparency and clarity.

Other Terms & Conditions
We do not offer any returns on any of our services.
However, we do offer refunds and cancellations based on certain conditions.
If you wish to request a cancellation or a refund, please go through our Refunds and Cancellations policy carefully. Make sure to read this page thoroughly before registering for any of our services.
We do not offer any refunds for cancellations made after registration and payment have been made. However, in special cases such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations, and other inaccurate payment deductions where the payee faces unreasonable loss, we offer refunds.
We offer refunds only by facts regarding a specific case. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason whatsoever, as we deem fit.
All refunds will only be made to the same account or card from which payments were made.
Refunds will only be processed after a thorough verification process related to the credentials of the account holder.
We do not entertain any Cheque or cash refunds. We only offer online refunds.
Any extra charges borne by the customer, such as bank transaction fees, service fees, or processing fees, will not be refunded.
While we have taken utmost care to ensure that our payment gateway is secure, we do not guarantee or represent that using our services will not result in unauthorized data use or theft of data online. We use the services of a third-party payment service provider for our online payment gateway.
We and our payment service provider do not assume any liability for any type of damage, monetary or otherwise, that a customer may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption, or failure of information transmission during payment
We reserve the right to update the contents of this Refunds and Cancellation policy from time to time without prior notice. Make sure to keep updated before you register for any of our services.

Package Terms & Conditions
1. Validity Period: All session packages must be utilized within 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Scheduling Sessions: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the therapist’s availability.
You may book sessions via email, call, or WhatsApp as per mutual convenience.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a used session.
4. Payment: Full payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking of any package.
Payment details will be shared upon confirmation.
5. Confidentiality: All sessions are strictly confidential and adhere to professional ethical standards.
6. Non-Transferable: Session packages are non-transferable and intended for the individual who booked the package.
7. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once a package has been booked and confirmed.
In case of any unavoidable circumstance on the therapist’s part, an alternate session will be scheduled.
